Design Characteristic of Sand Blasting Room

Sand Blasting Room is also called shot blasting room, air blast room, adapted to large workpiece surface cleaning, rust, increase the adhesion effect between the workpiece and coating. According to recovery of abrasive shot blasting room can be divided into mechanical recovery sand blasting room and artificial recovery sand blasting room.

The main feature of Air Blast Room is that the operator is indoors during the blasting process. Protective clothing and helmets can prevent operator from abrasive impact, ventilator provide fresh air for operator through helmet. Sand blasting room is mainly used for large parts or expensive parts which handle with automatic sand blasting devices. The nozzle manipulator installed in sand blasting room can blast the surface of part automatically, the area of automatic sand blasting treatment is difficult to reach can be done by manual blasting.
