Global Synergy in Action — kaitai's Overseas Capabilities Elevated Again

On September 10, representatives from kaitai's headquarters and heads of its overseas subsidiaries traveled across continents to gather in the Netherlands, jointly witnessing a new chapter in the expansion and upgrading of Sybrandy, the century-old brand under Airblast Group. Wang Ruiguo, General Manager of kaitai, and Francis, General Manager of Airblast Asia, together cut the ribbon for the new facility. Following the ceremony, the kaitai headquarters team and representatives from overseas subsidiaries held in-depth discussions on topics including overseas market expansion, localized service upgrading, and R&D collaboration, jointly charting a new blueprint for kaitai's global business development.

Wang Ruiguo, General Manager of kaitai; Francis, General Manager of Airblast Asia; Nick, General Manager of Airblast Netherlands; Mika, General Manager of Blastman Robotics Finland; and Kevin, Executive Director of the Dutch Holding Company, jointly cut the ribbon and unveiled the plaque for the new facility.
Century-Old Brand Expands and Upgrades, Adding New Momentum
Founded in 1928, Sybrandy is one of the few century-old brands in Europe's surface treatment industry, specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of sandblasting, spraying, and dust removal technologies. In 2014, Shandong Kaitai acquired this Dutch company with 86 years of history, incorporating it into its global strategic footprint. Since then, Sybrandy and Shandong Kaitai have engaged in in-depth technological collaboration in areas such as shot blasting machinery and sandblasting equipment.

Visit Overseas Companies
In April 2024, Sybrandy and Airblast Abrasive officially relocated from Amersfoort and Alkmaar in the Netherlands to their new site in Heerhugowaard, where they merged with local Airblast B.V. to form Airblast Group, achieving resource integration and collaborative operations.

In recent years, kaitai's overseas business has continued to grow. As an established enterprise within kaitai's Dutch operation system, Sybrandy has seen a surge in orders and rising delivery pressure, and its original facility could no longer meet the growing demand from the European market. To address this, kaitai carried out an expansion and upgrade of the Sybrandy facility, and the project has now been fully completed and officially put into operation. This factory expansion and full-scale production mark a new milestone in KAITECH's overseas market presence.

Technology Relay — Sandblasting Robot Collaboration Upgraded
A core highlight of this factory expansion is the installation and deployment of a sandblasting robot inspection platform at Airblast B.V. The launch of this platform is not only the latest achievement of R&D collaboration between kaitai and its overseas subsidiaries, but also an important pillar for further expanding overseas markets and enhancing global performance.

In December 2016, Shandong Kaitai successfully acquired Finland's Blastman Robotics. This Oulu-based company is a world leader in fully automatic industrial sandblasting robots and a globally leading supplier of robotic automatic sandblasting cleaning systems, laying the core technological foundation for the establishment and subsequent R&D of kaitai's sandblasting robot subsidiary, while also providing high-starting-point product support for overseas market expansion.

KAITECH Sandblasting Robot Inspection Platform
Building on this foundation, kaitai has established interconnected R&D data sharing across Finland, the Netherlands, and China, realizing a collaborative R&D system of "overseas design, Chinese manufacturing, global sales." This system directly serves rapid response and customized demand in overseas markets, providing technical support for sustained revenue growth. After years of collaborative cooperation, kaitai's manufacturing and processing capabilities now boast a complete supply chain system and mature processing techniques, fully capable of matching or even surpassing Blastman's production standards.
。The extension of the European Blastman Robotics Testing Center from Finland to the Netherlands enables every sandblasting robot to undergo strict performance verification in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, meeting overseas market demand with higher standards and driving continuously expanding overseas market share and steadily improving global business performance.
Forging Consensus, Global Services Collaborate in Action
Centering on topics such as regional market review, customer demand alignment, and collaboration in product R&D and solution services, representatives from Shandong Kaitai headquarters and heads of overseas subsidiaries engaged in in-depth discussions.

At the meeting, heads of overseas subsidiaries reported on the market performance and business progress in their respective regions. Over the past year, kaitai has achieved impressive results across all major global markets: in Europe, leveraging the brand strength of Airblast, Blastman and others, the company has continued to deepen its engagement with high-end customers; in the Middle East, large orders have been successively secured; in Southeast Asia, the delivery capability for complete equipment sets has steadily improved; and in Oceania and the Americas, the channel network has become increasingly mature. Performance data from around the world attest to the solid results of kaitai's internationalization strategy.

The meeting focused on deploying the next phase of overseas market expansion. In the high-end European and American markets, the company will continue to leverage the brand advantages of Airblast and Blastman, focus on large complete equipment sets and intelligent sandblasting robots, and increase the proportion of high value-added products. In emerging markets, with kaitai's own brand as the main force, the company will accelerate channel penetration and localized service deployment to expand market share. Meanwhile, relying on the three central spare parts warehouses in the Netherlands, Singapore, and Australia, kaitai will further optimize the response speed of its global supply chain.

General Manager Wang delivered the meeting summary
Wang Ruiguo, General Manager of kaitai, stated at the meeting that the overseas market is an important growth pole for kaitai's high-quality development. He emphasized that all subsidiaries should fully leverage their localized operational advantages, deepen global collaboration, win customer trust with higher-standard products and services, and drive overseas performance to new heights.

From the renewed launch of the century-old brand Sybrandy, to the global collaboration in sandblasting robot technology, and to a marketing and service network covering over 100 countries and regions, Shandong Kaitai is taking more solid strides to reshape the competitive landscape of the global surface cleaning industry.
