Since entering the steel shot and steel grit industry in 2001, Shandong Kaitai has continuously participated in major foundry industry events. Back then, we carried dreams and dedicated ourselves to the field of metal surface cleaning.

01. 2004

Shandong Kaitai made its debut at the ChinaInternational Casting Exhibition. On a booth of only a few square meters, General Manager Wang Ruiguo introduced the company’s products to customers. It was at that time that Kaitai established its development goal of “building China’s No.1 abrasive brand.”

02. 2006

Kaitai moved from a corner standard booth to an independent booth. This change in exhibition positioning signaled the rise of a force that could no longer be ignored.

03. 2008

Kaitai experienced rapid growth, with its brand reputation increasing day by day and gaining strong recognition within the industry. The booth became larger and the design more innovative and eye-catching.

04. 2010

After two years of technical accumulation in shot blasting machine manufacturing, Kaitai showcased its shot blasting machine for the first time at the exhibition, marking the beginning of continuous transformation and upgrading in global blasting equipment.

05. 2012

Kaitai’s growth momentum became unstoppable. Its blasting equipment portfolio became more complete, technologies more stable, and supporting systems more comprehensive. During this period, Luotai Fans also entered the public spotlight.

06. 2016

Kaitai made a stunning appearance with multiple large-scale blasting machines. With mature and reliable technical strength, the company fully demonstrated its remarkable progress and manufacturing capabilities in the field of surface treatment.

07. 2018

At the Beijing International Casting Exhibition, Kaitai’s intelligent sandblasting robot became an instant sensation. Its unprecedented intelligent technology and precise control ushered in a new era of sandblasting.

08. 2023

Kaitai actively promoted digital transformation and launched numerous new products. The debut of the multi-angle drum intelligent shot blasting machine demonstrated the company’s innovation-driven approach to the industry.

09. 2024

At the Shanghai International Casting Exhibition, Kaitai pioneered the industry’s first real-time digital full-production scenario display combined with a VR sandblasting robot, enabling customers to immerse themselves in the charm of Digital Kaitai.

10. 2025

At the exhibition, Kaitai released the authoritative industry publication Modern Manufacturing Technology and Applications of Shot Blasting Machines. The book systematically analyzed solutions for metal surface cleaning, shared Kaitai’s years of technical expertise, and provided a “textbook-level” guide for industry transformation and upgrading.
