Provincial Leader Wang Suilian Visits Shandong Kaitai for Research

Under the theme of “Visiting Enterprises, Solving Problems, Delivering Policies, and Promoting Development,” on March 17, Wang Suilian—Vice Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, Chairperson of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and President of the Provincial Chamber of Commerce—along with Lu Yi, Vice Chairperson of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and their delegation visited Shandong Kaitai to conduct an on-site survey of the company’s development. 

Du Yujie, Vice Mayor of Binzhou City and Chairperson of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Municipal General Chamber of Commerce; Li Mei, Vice Chairperson of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce; Zhang Xin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zouping Municipal Party Committee and Head of the Publicity Department and United Front Work Department; and Yu Miao, Party Secretary of Qingyang Town, accompanied the delegation during the visit. Wang Ruiguo, General Manager of Shandong Kaitai, and Wu Chengmin, Deputy General Manager, received the visiting officials and delivered a report.

At the Kaitai Intelligent Polishing and Spraying Technology Research Institute, Deputy Director Wang Suilian and her delegation gained a comprehensive understanding of Shandong Kaitai’s business segments and development history. 

As a leading enterprise in China’s intelligent polishing and spraying technology sector, Shandong Kaitai has consistently prioritized innovation-driven development and continuously expanded its industrial chain, achieving significant accomplishments in surface treatment technology and intelligent equipment manufacturing.

Deputy Director Wang Suilian focused her inquiries on the company’s talent structure and independent innovation efforts.

Deputy Director Wang Suilian fully affirmed the company’s efforts in technological innovation and talent development, and encouraged the company to continue leveraging its strengths to achieve greater breakthroughs in tackling key core technologies.

Deputy Director Wang Suilian engaged in in-depth discussions with company executives, listening attentively to their practical experiences and insights regarding market expansion, talent recruitment, and digital transformation. 

She noted that the entire province is currently focused on promoting high-quality development, and that private enterprises must remain confident, seize opportunities, fully leverage scientific and technological innovation, and accelerate the cultivation of new productive forces.
