Cultural Performance by Zouping Federation of Trade Unions Comes to Kaitai

As the Dragon Boat Festival approached, Shandong Kaitai hosted a unique cultural feast. On June 18, the literary and artistic performance themed "Chinese Dream · Beauty of Labor – Anchors Go to Grassroots, Witness Development at Frontlines", sponsored by Zouping Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by Zouping Convergence Media Center, came to Shandong Kaitai, sending sincere festive greetings to all Kaitai employees working hard on the production frontlines.

The live performance featured a spectacular lineup of acts with one thrilling highlight after another. The cross-talk Shandong Erhuang kept the audience roaring with laughter through its witty and humorous performance; excerpts from the Peking Opera The Legend of the Red Lantern revisited red classics, with resonant vocal tunes carrying forward the revolutionary spirit; the song Resolute Roses paid tribute to all female workers shining bright on the production frontlines; and the dance Dunhuang Flying Apsaras, elegant and vivid, brought the grace of a thousand years to life.

At this performance, the staff of Kaitai were not merely audience members, but the protagonists on the stage. Their wonderful medley of dances was full of energy and set the whole venue abuzz, showcasing the versatile spirit of all Kaitai employees — at work, they are experts in research and development, production and sales; on stage, they are equally dazzling stars skilled in singing and dancing. The song We Are Family voiced the profound bond between individuals, families and the nation, pushing the atmosphere of the scene to a climax.

Engineers and skilled workers from Kaitai Share Their Struggle Stories

The performance specially arranged an interview session for engineers and skilled workers. Representatives from technical research and skilled posts at Shandong Kaitai took the stage to share their work insights as well as stories of growth and struggle with the host. Extraordinary dedication can be found in ordinary posts, and every bit of effort converges into a powerful current of development. Their sincere sharing touched every audience  member.
