Shandong Kaitai's spray booths are specifically designed for large industrial products such as construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and heavy metal components. They are designed in strict accordance with national standards for labor safety, hygiene, and fire safety. Ventilation and exhaust systems are implemented according to the requirements of the spraying process. Through closed or semi-closed structures, they provide constant temperature, humidity, and dust-free spraying conditions to ensure uniform paint film adhesion. Additionally, they are equipped with high-efficiency paint mist filtration systems and exhaust gas treatment devices to meet environmental protection and occupational safety standards.
Spray Painting Principle:
Fresh air enters through the intake port of the air supply system, undergoes preliminary filtration, and is then delivered by the air supply fan to an independent static pressure chamber at the top of the chamber. After passing through the top precision sub-high-efficiency filter layer, the air is uniformly distributed throughout the chamber and flows downward in a laminar flow pattern. The average air velocity at the cross-section of the spray painting operation area is 0.18 m/s. The airflow uniformly surrounds the workpiece, preventing overspray mist from splashing, thereby improving the labor hygiene conditions for workers during operations. Excess paint mist is drawn into the paint mist filtration device through the bottom exhaust port under negative pressure, passing through the grille mesh. Most paint particles and particles are adsorbed due to gravitational force, while a small amount of paint particles are thoroughly filtered and adhered to the bottom filtration device, effectively preventing paint particles from negatively impacting the subsequent activated carbon layer. Organic solvents in the exhaust gas are adsorbed by activated carbon installed before the exhaust fan inlet, ensuring compliant emissions. During winter spraying, the burner in the heater is activated, and the heated air is delivered into the booth to maintain an internal temperature of 40°C.
