Follows are safe operation rules of Sand Blasting Machine:

1. Before working, operators must wear protective equipment, and check whether thae sandblasting system inside the pipe is working properly or not?

2. Before sandblasting, check the abrasive cyclone and recovery of dust removal system, whether they are working normally or not?

3. Each class of sandblasting work is over, manual clean before and after the end of the cabin recovery room, clean the spilled Metal Abrasive up.

4. Checking the system’s connection regularly, to ensure the sealing performance of hydraulic pipe, system compressed air pipe, return sand pipe.

5. Regularly removing dust from the dust hopper, inspecting sand blasting machine guns, sand pipes and other wearing parts performance, if damaged, replace it timely.

6. Electrical control cabinet should be isolated from the operating area, open the door with compressed air to clean the internal dust often.

7. Checking the chain, sprocket, motor and other system’s lubrication regularly, adding lubricants timely.
